We are always looking for new and experienced people to join our friendly team and we provide initial and ongoing training, giving people the opportunity to progress their career in the industry. In our team we have Stockpeople and Fieldspeople, working daily with our pigs to ensure their health and well-being, Breeding Unit Managers and Rearing and Finishing Fieldspeople, who oversee our pig rearing and finishing units, as well as our team in the office who manage the busy administrative side of the business.

We are committed to ensuring the continuity of Wold Farms through the development of future generations. We have opportunities for graduates and placement students and we also run apprenticeship schemes, giving students the opportunity to work and earn money, whilst gaining a qualification at the same time and we are proud that many of our apprentices have become permanent members of the Wold Farms team.
