Our long term pig bed & breakfast contracts of between 5 and 10 years provide an excellent farm diversification opportunity, generating a guaranteed monthly income. Our contracts are popular with farmers looking for new revenue streams as they plan for future, preparing for changes in the Basic Payments Scheme, or securing an income for future generations joining the business.

Fertiliser
Farmers can benefit from significant savings in fertiliser costs, as pig manure from straw based units is rich in Phosphorus, Potassium and Nitrogen. Spreading this onto arable land or grass will result in improved soil health, leading to increases in efficiencies and improvements in crop yields.

As we grow and expand to meet the needs of our retail customers, we are actively looking to rent light, free draining sandy land in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and The Midlands with excellent potential to become new outdoor pig breeding sites. The main benefits being:
